Q. Do you offer volume / wholesale discounts?
A. YES.

You will find our prices competitive with other online and catalog vendors, pluse we discount all purchases of $200 or more by 10%, all purchases of $500 or more by 20%. Also, with a valid Maryland Sales and Use License, you may be eligible to purchase tax-free. Please fax a copy of your license to (301)694-2635 and make a note on your order (in the "Notes" box) that you have done so. We do not collect sales tax on purchases made outside of Maryland, however you may be liable under your local tax laws. We recommend you contact a tax professional for proper tax accounting.

Q. Do you carry Swarovski in bulk quantities and pricing?
A. YES

Many places require you to buy 100, a gross or even more of each bead to qualify for bulk pricing. We have developed a pricing policy that allows you to purchase smaller quantities of each color and still get the same or better pricing than most places offer for higher quantities. Purchases 10 bags (quantities vary by style and size) of Swarovski in the same shape, size and finish, but mix colors as much as you like and get approximately 10% off the bag prices listed. These discounted prices will be automatically calculated when we process your sale and will not reflect in the on-line shopping cart totals. Swarovski bulk pricing is calculated before calculating any applicable volume discounts and may effect your volume break. (i.e. A volume sale of $210 that is discounted to $160 with Swarovski discounts will no longer qualify for the 10% volume break, however a $270 Swarovski sale that is discounted to $205 will receive an additional 10% off for volume)

We want you to make us your regular bead supplier! In addition to our volume discounts and Swarovski bulk package pricing, we have a point based rebate where you can earn 10% back on every dollar spent with us. There is no charge. There is nothing at all to do except be sure to use the same name on each order. Earn 1 point for each 1 dollar spent (shipping, tax not included). After you have earned 500 points from completed purchases, we will mail you a $50 store credit voucher. Enter the voucher number in the "Notes" fiels when checking out and when we process your purchase, we will apply a $50 credit to the total due.

Q. I do not see what I am looking for in your shopping cart. Do you carry it at the store?
A. MAYBE

We carry a LOT more in our store than we make available on-line. The ever changing nature of our inventory makes maintaining a on-line catalog very difficult. We have tried to only enter items on-line that we carry on a consistent basis. Please call or stop by if you want something you do not see in the catalog.

Q. What do you do when an item is out of stock?
A. Call you.

Please enter accurate information when checking out. If we do not have everything on your order, we will call you so you can decide how to proceed. If we cannot reach you within 24 hours, we will process the order without the items that are out of stock. If you have special instructions regarding back orders or any other aspect of the sale, please enter it in the "Notes" field upon check-out.
